I'm 21 years old and I spent most of 2009 dieting and exercising. When I stopped losing weight and started binging I realize something had to change. I needed to fix my relationship with food, fix my diet mentality, and live life. I suddenly realized how obsessive we sound. I don't want my life to revolve around calories. I'd rather have fun and have friends and be healthy, not hungry. So this is my attempt. Happy 2010!
